MUSIC VIDEOS are interesting. I love music in almost all forms so natural thing is that I like doing music videos. The form of 3+ minutes is not that easy sometimes. Well I hope Coldplay will give me a contract for one someday. Yeah.

This is first Mark's first music video after competing in HTZ (Hrvatska Trazi Zvijezdu) talent show in Croatia in 2011.
This simple video was shot with Canon 5dmkII supported with some L glass : EF 14mm f2.8L, EF17mm f4.0L TS-E, EF 24mm f1.4L,EF 24mm f3.5L TS-E, EF 45mm f2.8 TS-E,EF 50mm f1.2L, EF 90mm f2.8 TS-E, EF 100mm f2.8 L IS macro, EF 135mm f2.0L, EF 70-200mm f2.8L IS II. We also used Sachtler SB18 and Sachtler FSB2 combined with Libec TR320 straight track dolly, B1_RIG shoulder support, Senna One Minute camera crane, Steadicam Pilot. Light was coming out of LED panels and aditional light (night club) was provided by the PROLIGHT d.o.o. Zagreb.

Kriza (The Crisis) was written by Kandzija him self and shooting took place in Zagreb and Osijek in Croatia. During that period Kandzija experienced a real physical transformation and showed both faces of current political/economical "crisis".

Vladimir Kocis Zec's "Uzmi sve il' ostavi" music video was shot in Fala, Slovenia in an medieval castle from 1245. and in Zagreb, Croatia.
Two young couples on a weekend found them self exploring some parts of the castle while the band was gathering in grand ball room. Of course they finish their journey together.

Aerial shot over the bridge was done with B_HEXA, our own multirotor aerial imaging device.

Shooting a whole music video in just one single take? Idea is not new but it was a nice opportunity to try flying my Steadicam Pilot in one continuing shot with 24mm f1,4L on a 5dmk2. In most of the cases I tend to use 14mm f2.8L lens but this time I decided for a little bit tighter angle. 3 and a half minutes doesn't sound like much but there are many obstacles, stairs, edges even dogs to stumble on the way. And the story ended where it all began - in a bar !
The shooting took place in Ceminac in Baranja county in eastern part of Croatia.

My production assistant BEBI took one of our 5dmk2s and in a period when he wasn't assisting with the shoot he took few shots of rest of us there. Voila - it is almost a Behind a scenes video !

Kandzija has come out on an presidential election's day 2009. in Croatia. He wil be the winner. No doubt about that.
We've shot this on 2xmk2's coupled with 14 mm f2.8L, 15mm f2.8 fish, 24mm f1.4L, 50mm f1.2L, 135mm f2.0L, 200mm f2.8L, 600mm f4.0L (Stevo), some of the gadgets we have used : Steadicam Pilot, Libec TR320 Dolly, PAGlight on camera 35w light. We did the custom works on "The Car" and we didn't report any public gadhering on Osijek city's main square. JEA JEA.

A couple of well known Croatian artists joined together to take part in this simple video about island of RAB and it's 120 year of tourism anniversary. I liked almost everything about this island and I have some plans to make some more sunny shootings here ...
I used 2xCanon 5Dmk2 and some of L Prime glass : 14mm f2.8, 24mm f1,4, 24mm f3,5 TS-E, 50mm f1,2, 135mm f2,0, 200mm f2,8. For movement I used Libec dolly and a Steadicam Pilot.

BEAUTIFUL TARTS is the first video edit I did in my life. This video is just one track of the MOR's album that actually wasn't released. Cool thing is that the entire "video" is shot with a still camera in burst mode. (Canon 10d + Canon 24-70 f2.8L). The reason for this is that I didn't have any budget at all for this so the equipment rental wasn't possible. I came up with this crazy thing in order to make at least something. Video was made 4 years ago and was my first step to the "video" world. Later on that same week I got my self a little sony PC 330 handheld camcorder and the rest is history. It all happened in 2004.
